units
A large variety of expansion units enables well
balanced expansion in I/O. For 8-point type, the triac output type
is also available.

only/input and output mixture types are available.)
· Power supply : AC/DC (24 point- and
40-point types) (8 point- and 16-point types dispense with
need for the wiring of the power supply.)

input only type and 14-point type.)
· Output : Relay/Transistor/Triac (Triac
output type is for 8-point type only.)

is available. It is used for taking in the data from the
displacement sensor and controlling the inverter.

· If 8-point, 14-point or 16-point type expansion
unit is used as primary expansion unit, only 24-point or 40-point

Connection of intelligent units
· Number of expandable units together:
A/D converter unit: 1 unit, D/A converter unit: 2
units, I/O link unit: 1 unit
· There are no restrictions on the type and order
in wich expansion units are connected.

| 8. Expansion
cable
· 7 cm 2.756 inch
type expansion cables are attached to the expansion units,
intelligent units and I/O link units.
· If you want to use 30 cm or 50 cm 11.811
inch or 19.685 inch type expansion cables, please order
optionally.
· When installing the control unit and expansion
unit vertically, connect the expansion cable as shown in the right
figure. In this case, select the 30 cm or 50 cm 11.811
inch or 19.685 inch type cable.
